Quick Cleaning Hacks for Pet Hair in Your Vehicle

Ah, pet hair removal. No, I don’t mean removing the hair from your pet (although that would solve the problem of moulting in the car… no, bad idea).

Pet hair is notoriously difficult to remove from fabric, but this cleaning hack will make light work of the little leftovers that Rover faithfully deposits in your Rover. The implement of choice here is the window squeegee, which you may already have around the house for cleaning the windows or drying your shower screen and tiles after use.

The rubber edge of the squeegee is perfect for moving stubborn pet hairs from cloth seats – use it in the same sort of motion you would on a window, but with swift, short strokes, and the pet hair will gather up nicely.

And here’s a bonus hack: if you wear a rubber glove, you can pick up the gathered clumps of hair and not miss a single bit; again due to the rubberised surface. Fido’s now free to fluff up your Ford’s fabric leaving you safe in the knowledge you can quickly remove all trace in an instant.
